The domain name you entered is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog
-
I’m trying to register a domain for my blog. The domain I want to use expired in 2011, and when I’m trying to register I get the message: “The domain name you entered is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog”. How can i delete this mapping and reconnect this domain to my blog again? The domain I want to use is tinaendresen.com
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Oops, it looks like tinaendresen.com has expired. For more information on what your options are, please see this document.
It looks like the domain tinaendresen.com has not been registered. You can register and associate it with your blog from your domain management screen.
I’ll also tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Hi there,
Sorry about that! Since you owned that domain before, the expired domain was still linked to your account in our system. I just removed it, so you should be able to register it as a new domain now.
Please let me know if you run into any further trouble with that!
