    Due to ICAN regulations, a domain cannot be transfered within 60 days after registration whiwh was 2023-06-29

    @staartmees is right. Newly registered domains cannot be transferred for 60 days after registration. Since your domain was registered on June 29th, it’ll become available for transfer on August 28th.

    In the meantime, you can keep the domain with your current registrar and point it to your WordPress.com site. You can accomplish this by following the steps outlined in this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/. Please note that this is a feature included in our paid plans.

    Additionally, if you choose to upgrade to one of our annual plans, you’ll be able to transfer your domain for free (once the 60-day period has passed). Also, we’ll renew your domain for another year at no additional cost to you after the transfer.
