The domain wont connect with my account

I have purchased the domain ”www.swiftvirtualassistants.uk” from your site in the create your site setup page. Received the email to ”(email visible only to moderators and staff)” saying that it’s gone through. But when I login it doesn’t come up with anything and tries to get me to get started by purchasing another domain. Any help please would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that swiftvirtualassistants.uk is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @jwesty97 login.
