  Please provide your actual information. We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?

  Canceling upgrades
  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.   4. The upgrade wasn’t purchased and I do not want to purchase it. I expreimented to create the page one year ago but did not succeed. Until I found another solution . Then I forgot to cancel the registration of this service.

  Hi there,

  The domain mapping upgrade for that domain does not belong to you, but to the username account, uteandreas. You will need to log in as that username to cancel the upgrade, or to ask for staff help in cancelling it.
