We have two websites:
https://www.onestopworktops.co.uk/Just want to mention, so you could understand the problem better,
When we are logged in to WP-admin it shows us the drop down menu. When we are logout it disappears.Please let me know if you need anything else to know.

Your sites are not hosted by us (WordPress.com). They are using the open-source WordPress software and they’re hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider regarding that issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with your sites you can also ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
