Hi there!
I’ll be happy to help you with this. Can you share the link to the post where we can see the duotone not working? This will help us ensure we’re looking at the right place to troubleshoot the issue.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to learn more about the site you’re creating with us. Would you mind telling us more about your new site? What’s the site for, and what features do you need on the site? Based on your site requirements, we’ll be happy to share specific guides and suggestions and help you accordingly.
Thanks!

Hi h9sgqqr44j,
We’ll need your help in locating which page or post and the block you’ve applied the Duotone filter to. When you have a moment, can you copy and paste the URL of the page or post and share it here?
Thank you for sharing information about the site build!
The free plan is a great way to get started but have you thought about adding a custom domain name to the site? Something like
timebasedhouses.com? A custom domain name can help search engines find your site and make it more visible across the web. Our paid plans offer this feature. The Personal plan is ideal for individual projects like yours seeking a professional online presence.
