The e-mail used to create a webpage has been deleted

    Hello.
A few years ago I created a blog using a school owned e-mail. This e-mail was deleted by the school so I lost acces to the wordpress acount. This account has personal information I would like to take down. I do not have any of the verifications required by the official forum. I can however verify that the personal information that is mentioned in the blog is mine. For example it uses my full name when accesing the blog and it repets it all throught the blog. It also containes my face, my school and other information I would have no problem in proving is mine.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear you’ve lost access to your WordPress.com account.

If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.

We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.

However, if there’s personal information on your blog, I would be happy to set it to private, so that search engines and users can’t access it and your blog will be hidden from public view. Just let me know if you want us to do that for you.

Please confirm that you want us to procced with privatizing the site, and we’ll take care of that for you.

    Thank you,
