The 'Edit' Button 'My Domains' Is Not Working

    So, I am still trying to transfer from WordPress to BlueHost (and have been for some time). I have followed all your tips and run-throughs and somehow, it isn’t working. I can’t press the ‘Edit’ button located next to my domain under ‘My Domains’. I press it and it doesn’t do anything. I need the EPP Authorization Code and am informed that I need this link to work to obtain it. Please help, I’ve been going round in circles for a month and it is now affecting my work.

    Hi there,

    Can you make sure the pop-up isn’t being blocked by your browser? In Chrome, you can allow pop-ups by navigating to Chrome -> Preferences -> Show Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> Pop-ups -> Allow sites to show pop-ups. Alternatively, within the same panel, you can set an exception for WordPress.com. Let me know if that works!
