the edit page is changed

  In the new edit page, I can not change the dimension of the caracter or the color of it, and other things…
  Could you tell me why ?

  Click on the Toolbar Toggle icon at the end of the first row of icons to bring up the second row which included the icons for changing text size, color etc.

  Toolbar Toggle is the 16th icon in the first row: https://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-1

  Click on toggle icon, this will open second row
