The editing page is different from the website visible

  Hello,

  I have a paid account with Nixihost for my website that I have used WordPress to create (via Softaculous). I have contacted Nixihost and they said they are unable to solve the problem (I gave them my wordpress login details).

  The url is http://www.theasiandietitian.com. 

  I have a problem where the editing page on WordPress is

  different from what is actually on the website. 

  Please let me know where I can provide my login details on a private forum so that you can have a look at the editing page.

  I have tried numerous things to fix this and all don’t work.

  The editing pages for my website on wordpress is completely different from the one on the public website. For the pages “Contact”, “Services” and “About”.

  I am not sure if it’s because I activated two themes previously, but I believe it has been replaced with Astra (and I used the AI WPZip I think – incorporated into Astra, to help build the website).

  I have done all these and they do not work. Elementor also doesn’t work for me for some reason (please help me fix this; even after I have enabled safe mode, troubleshooted etc). 

  • Ensured url is identical to the page
  • Cleared browser cache, disabled caching plugins, and double-check domain and subdomain settings for discrepancies.
  • Spectra settings > Asset Generation and turning off “file generation”.
  • I have Purged all on Litespeed Cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Litespeed cache.

  Please help me fix this, I’ve been trying for over a week myself!

  Please see the video recording to show you what I mean: however, it is basically two different pages (the editing and the actual one on the website).
