The editing page looks different than the site itself. How do I correct that?

  • Unknown's avatar

My site all of a sudden has an image missing and another has expanded into it. When I go to correct it in the backend it looks like it is supposed to but I can’t get it to change on the site. Could you help me correct it ASAP? I have a big launch happening tomorrow at 10am and this definitely is a distraction to my potentially new clients.

  • Hello there,

I can see what you’re describing on the homepage there: http://cozyhomesphotography.com/

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

This means we can not assist with this site.

Looking at the issue faced, I would recommend checking to see if the theme and it’s plugins needs an update, if yes, you would need to run that update to rule that out.

    I hope this helps!
