The editor has encountered an unexpected error

    I’m getting this message when I go to write a comment on a post. All the posts have comments enabled, they’re all set to public, and I’ve created a new post to see if that would help and it didn’t. Please help as these posts are apart of a virtual course that we are hosting right now, and the next discussion board email will be sent out tomorrow, and none of the participants will be able to comment their answers in the comment section. How can I fix this?

    My question is, do you still require help with this issue? The reason why I ask is because this thread was created a month ago and I can see you also reached out via email.
