  I was trying to get it to send me an email and it said that it was sent but it has not came up on my email inbox?. please can you try and fix this? Thank you!

  Hi there! What kind of email did you request exactly?

  In some cases, activation or account reset emails may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check there! :)
