The "email post changes" settings is not sending notifications to the email address suppli

  We are setting up our site for multiple contributors and would like to be notified upon submission of a pending post. We set up the Email Post Changes settings but have submitted to posts so far by “contributors” and have not been notified. Please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
