    The email used for our account is no longer valid. It needs to be changed, but because it’s no longer accessible we can’t receive the link to confirm the new email. What are our options?

    While logged into your account, go to account settings and change your email address: https://wordpress.com/me/account

    When you click the Save Account Settings button, there will be a message saying that there’s a pending change and to check your inbox for confirmation. This email should go to the new email account you entered and not the old one.

    If that doesn’t work, add “modlook” to the tags for this thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.
