The entire post is italicized

  one of my posts is all in italics. When I examine the HTML, I don’t see anything but <i> and </i> in the correct places. Why is the entire post italicized? The post in question is “The Descent of his Father’s House”.

  On the Settings -> Writing page, have you selected “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML?

  Are you pasting from Word or some other non-web-compliant program?

  What is the exact URL of the post?

  stormbirdd.wordpress.com should take you right to the post. I don’t know why it takes you to that one and not any of the others – might be how I set it up (accidentally).

  I had “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML?” unchecked, so I checked it just to see if this alone corrected the issue but it didn’t.

  I am pasting from Open Office, actually. Should I run it through Notepad? I could do this, I suppose, and reformat everything.

  Is it possible the issue is connected with this theme?
