  Hi.
  I’m surprised that wordpress doesn’t have a simple function that is commonly used by medical doctors sites.
  I need to make a site where a user can post a question and then only specialists (they can be editors) and the same user who wrote the post can reply to that post.
  In brief I need to deny the ability to comment others posts for subscribers.
  Does anybody know how can I achieve this?

  It sounds like you need forum functionality or similar there. This plugin here is quite a good solution if you wish to build a forum with WordPress: https://bbpress.org/

  Please note that in order to run the plugin on WordPress.com, the site would need to be on the business plan.
