I need to make a site where a user can post a question and then only specialists (they can be editors) and the same user who wrote the post can reply to that post.
In brief I need to deny the ability to comment others posts for subscribers.
Does anybody know how can I achieve this? -

Hi there, as @kelvinkho83 already hinted, you’ll have more granular control of user permissions by using a plugin on your website. That would only be possible here on WordPress.com if you upgrade your WordPress.com website to our Business or eCommerce plan.

I will be using this on a self hosted website. I knew I would have to find a plugin but I can’t find a suitable one.
I’ve searched a lot but I find only live chat plugins or support forums plugins.
Any idea of which plugin? -
