What is this ‘free time’? :)
(I have some days off in August booked)(I’d forgotten about the questions. Many dealt with, 80 to sort tomorrow….)
-
I’m taking tomorrow off.
Yeah, right.
Have to help two churches fed the homeless and do laundry

Podz:
The link from the FAQ about the site index still points to http://ptvguy.wordpress.com/ instead of my new address at http://www.ptvguy.com/. Also, I have an addendum to the site index FAQ that can be placed at the beginning or the end:
One really good aspect of having a site index separate from the normal category/tag list of links is that you can reuse categories and therefore cut down on the total number of them. For instance, you could have a single category called “education” with a whole series of posts tied to it. In your site index, you could separate aspects of these posts into separate links like “teach”, “teacher”, “teaching”, “school”, “educator”, educators”, etc. all pointed at the one single category of “education” and bringing up all the posts in that category. You could do the same thing with any other broad category that you want to refine in your site index.

Can we get an offical response on what the file size limit is for upload is please? I know that MU defaults to 1.5 megs. I was wondering if this has been changed for the WP.com install.
Thanks,

Podz, I just loaded a power presentation onto my post here:
http://greenpasture.wordpress.com/2006/05/31/flow-chart-how-to-solve-companys-problem/
Some time ago someone asked about Power Point presentation. Would you like to include how to post power point presentation into FAQ?
-
Like greenerpastures I would appreciate it if you did include instsructions on how to post powerpoint presentations to blogs in the FAQ.

Hmmm…writing FAQ docs for PageRank. There’s a new one. How about I cover, “What is a blog?”, “How do you think of new stuff to write about all the time?”, and “How do you explain to your significant other why this requires so much time?” Maybe next week, if I get a little extra time, I could move into some of those pesky meaning of life questions…
-
Pesky can mean profit. Just consider the irony of having a FAQ’s sponsored by Adsense advertising scoring in the top 10 ratings, hmmmm
Why settle for a miserable page rank of 6 when we could be a perfect 10? hmmmmm
And how about the how to approach questions? hmmm they could be an untapped resource for stat plumping
consider
how to approach the “art” of blogging,
how to approach the “science” of blogging,
how to approach the “philosophy” of blogging,
how to create commmunity the in the unruly blogosphere,
down and out blogging,
all blogged out,
blogging to or with the stars, treatment for addicted bloggers,
skillful ways to deal with significant others who require you to take time away from your <dev>addiction</dev> I mean passion
“Yes dear, I’m coming.”
{Oh no he’s giving her the hook – he really is – I’ve gotta go}

Dear, even I don’t have or host a site that’s a 10. A couple of eights but they’ve worked long and hard on getting there. Highest I’ve even gotten was 6 myself. Even Megatoyko is only a 7.
-
The only 10’s I can think of off the top of my head are Google itself and the W3C. Even PBS (the most popular dot ORG site on the planet) is only a 9. I’d settle for a good 6 or 7.
