The first " gets turned in to Tagg in comments

When i post comments on my blogs and i use the ” sign the first ” symbol gets turned in to the word Tagg, like in this example i just copied from my blog:
I will now Tagg‧write it in english” so that i can Tagg‧post this” on the forums and Tagg‧ask for help”
This has started to happen just a few days ago and i have no clue why. Ive gone thru most of the options but i just cant figure out why words that i enclose with the ” signs gets that Tagg‧ thing on them.
Please help.
