  Hi @alessio0098, have you contacted your bank about this? The refund is showing as complete on our end back in October, in fact you have two refunds from that day. Any chance they’re showing the two lumped together as one sum?

  If they cannot find them, we can provide the ARNs for the two refunds privately, which they can use to look them up.
