  WordPress.COM has their site on three (at last count) massive servers that mirror each other so your site is backed up on the fly – there is no real way to have a file on your pc with all the data from a site here unless you set up a mirror site on your pc – the export file of any WordPress site (.ORG & .COM) has just the text in it and links to media, but not the actual media
