The Hiero free WordPress blog theme

    Hi. Does WordPress still offer Hiero a free WordPress blog theme with a magazine layout recommended by https://www.wpbeginner.com/showcase/best-free-wordpress-blog-themes/ If so, then where do I find it as I would like to use it as my theme?

    Thanks for writing to us. It doesn’t look like Hiero is offered in the theme library any longer. However, if you go to https://wordpress.com/themes/ you can type subject: magazine in to the search bar and then you’ll see the options that match.

    Some of these will be focused on text heavy writing, and others on image based presentation. There is also the Blank Canvas option which would let you completely build a custom theme.

    In order to connect the domain to the project you’ll want to add a hosting plan to the account. I’d start on the personal option as it can be upgraded at any time to meet the demands of the project.
