  Thank you! This site does not use our hosting service. I’d invite you to host it here so we can maintain it for you, but I’m guessing you’ll need to update everything first.

  Can you ask your host for help creating a backup of the site? Then you’ll want to update your WordPress installation and any themes and plugins you’re using. From there, I’d recommend working with Genesis Theme’s support to fix any remaining errors you see that mention their features.
