  I attempted an import, but after 48 hours it is still processing. Can I get help getting with this? Thanks!

  Can someone advise me on this problem. It’s now been 4 days and the import process is still stuck, with this message:

  We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.
