    MT 形式でのインポートを行っていました。
    なかなかうまくインポートされず、何度かインポートを繰り返していました。
    その後、その際に試していたファイルのインポートは期待通りに完了し、メールも届きました。しかし、インポート画面は今も “処理中…” が表示されたままで、別のファイルをインポートすることができなくなっています。
    （最後にインポートを行ってから 24時間は経過していると思います）

    インポートツールのリセットが必要とのことですので、お願いしたく思います。
