the import tool was stuck, i can't import anymore

    I am trying to import old blog entries to x2111.wordpress.com. But after importing the tool just does not allow me to import again, and keep saying ‘We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.’ Can you please help to fix this? I tried both the wordpress and manga import tool.
