The importing from livejournal fails

  The importing from livejournal fails for two weeks now.
  Steps:
  Tools->Import->Livejournal->username and password, password for hidden entries
  The import starts, then gives me errors:
  LiveJournal is not responding to authentication requests. Please wait a while and then try again.
  XML-RPC Request Failed — -32700: parse error. not well formed
  What can I do to get the importing work again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I canceled the LiveJournal import so that you can try again. I see that you have made several successful imports, so hopefully the error you received was an aberration. However, let me know if you continue to have issues and I will look into it further for you.

  I’ve tried again just now, and I’m still getting an error.
  It seems like it works at first, and then fails.
  This is what the error looks like:

  Hey there,

  We have run into this issue with imports from Live Journal before and it is definitely on their end. We usually ask the user to either continue to try and import the file, or see if you can retrieve the XML files so that we can try to import the site to WordPress.com manually.

  Be sure to contact LiveJournal as well with the errors you are encountering. They may have insight into what is going wrong.
