It doesn’t say “change blog address” underneath the blog name. Can’t find that part anywhere.

I am having the same problem too! And when I go to “My Blogs” the way it directs me to the page it comes up with looks totally different :(

You need to be logged in as the Exact account that owns a blog to change the address – only the owner will see the “change address” option – being an Admin but not owner will still not let you change address
is there another account you might have used to create the blog?

Does anyone know if it is possible that wordpress.com looks different depending what country you are in?? -
@carlopalomba and @silver0fox, if you’re still having issues with this, please let me know the address of each of your current blog you want to change, and the address you’re trying to change it to.
