The Jetpack app isn’t displaying stats since it was upgraded

    Jetpack, including Stats, is working on our website. The Jetpack app is working fine, except that it no longer displays the stats (I think since it was upgraded a while back).

    I’m using a Google Pixel 8 Pro with the latest version of Android.

    When I click on Stats, I get a screen asking me to “Enable site stats” and when I click on that I get a banner at the bottom of the screen saying “Unable to activate site stats”.

    I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but no change. Any advice?

    I’ve asked the android app team to take a look. The blog link above – it looks to be hidden from search engines, is that correct?

    Thank you for your email and as requested I’m following up in this forum.

    The URL pointed to by Mike above is correct: https: /our-wanderlust.com/

    I’ve attached two screenshots below to illustrate what I described when I click on the Stats option in the Jetpack App main menu. The black bar at the bottom of the second screenshot is there for about 3 seconds and then disappears.

    I want to stress that this has been working correctly for years and only recently stopped working, I think with an App upgrade.

    I’d be very grateful if you were able to assist me to sort this out as it’s a great feature of Jetpack.

    Mike Stott was kind enough to follow up on this with the suggestions below.
    1. I checked the connections and both are ok
    2. XML-RPC is way beyond my capability (unless I receive specific instructions on how to check this). However, I can confidently state that I have not changed such a setting.

    I look forward to your assistance in resolving this problem.

    @molanfogarty I recommend you continue the conversation with Mike – although I can’t find the conversation in our support system. Is this a comment they left on your website?

    Otherwise I’d recommend following the instructions on the Jetpack support site to troubleshoot your connection issue: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/fixing-jetpack-connection-issues/

    Then, I would try logging out of the app and back in and see if that refreshes things.

    If you still have trouble, please contact Jetpack support and they can walk you through the steps to get the app connected.
