The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 403].

    Hello – readers are no longer able to post comments to our blog. I believe this is an issue with installing jetpack. We are not able to install jetpack, and receive the following error message:
    “The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 403]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com.”

    Our blog is named http://www.epiclifetour.com. It is hosted on Bluehost.com. We have a wordpress.com account, but it is not associated with this blog, which was created on wordpress through bluehost. We have tried the following to resolve this issue:

    1) disabled all plugins.
    2) updated all features (themes and plugins for the blog).
    3) Contacted blue host to see if there is an issue.

    We cannot complete the jetpack install. What do we need to do next.
