The last step to Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

    I have follow all steps of the domain transfer process wrote here:

    I have already introduce the EPP code on the right place in the 1&1 form to transfer the domain registration. All process is successfully completed but 1 message apear in the status domain:

    “Pending approval by the domain owner”

    I read this in the wordpress.com instructions:

    “To bypass the waiting period and complete or cancel the transfer immediately, follow these instructions:

    Go to the WordPress.com Domain Manager and log in with your customer number and password.
    Under the Domains tab, select TRANSFERS.
    On the left side of the Pending Transfers page, click PENDING TRANSFERS OUT.
    Select the transfer you want to confirm, and then click ACCEPT/DECLINE.
    To decline/ cancel the transfer: Select DECLINE, and then click OK.
    To accept/ confirm the transfer: Select ACCEPT and then click OK.”

    But when i go tu the transfer panel, no pending domain apear… so… im stuck…
    I have received too, a 1&1 email, telling me that i have to contact with wordpress.com for authorize the transfer.

    Can you help me please?
    I have do this process for my 2 domains registered:
    mydeasoftware.com
    ticketsdesign.com

    1&1 said i must be in contact you wordpress.com support, cause they are waiting wordpress.com authorisation.

    Can you show me a screenshot of what you are seeing when you get to the PENDING TRANSFERS OUT page?

    Can you try to initiate the transfer again? As a security measure, transfer requests have a time limit and they expire if you do not respond to them within that time frame.

    im gona to send an email to my new registar 1&1 to say them, thta please initiate the transfer again…

    But I tell you that i have check the “pending transfer out page” 4 times every day I initiate the process.

    Thank you, and please, check this dialogue for my answer when 1&1 answer my request. Don’t disappear please!

    1&1 has contacted me right now telling me that they have send it right now the confirmation email… but i cant see anything in pending transfer out.

    Please help me!

    24 hours ago 1&! send me a confirmation email telling me that thay have sent an confirmation transfer domain email… and i cant see nothing in PENDING TRANSFERS OUT page….

    WHOIS is showing both domains as being with 1&1 now:

    Finally 1&1 Send me a email confirmation and i finally could see the domain transfer pending out… I have accept and all is correct.
