  The last to times I have started a blog I get around 800 words I go to a different page to look something up and when I go back to the page it’s frozen and it ends up disappearing! I tried to copy it then leave the page and then just paste it and that didn’t work! I am fucking pissed off I can’t get those words back and am not going to rewriting all of that shit! If someone was in front of me I would beat the dog shit out of them!! And it’s not my new apple desk top it’s just you’d shit website! I wan my money back and a fucking phone call Ross Sparks 912 665 9190

  just give me my money back and delete my shit ill go somewhere else. i put a lot into about me and half of everything never got published. hours of work gone and i have no desire to try and re wright all of that so its lost to every one fucking pissed

  I can definitely tell you’re frustrated. We don’t offer support over the phone, but I’m happy to help in the forums here. Losing work you put effort into is never fun. Can you let me know what post you were working on? I can see if we have a post revision saved somewhere with your lost work.

  If you would rather just receive a refund, I’m happy to do that. Since you purchased a domain (wanderingross.com), I can either cancel the domain or help you to use it with another service. The former (canceling) would mean the domain would get sent back to the registrar and would be unavailable for several weeks or longer.
