the leading on post titles andword breaks on mobile version of site

    hi, i’d like to kern the titles on my posts. the wording overlays images on the homepage and sometimes goes over 2 lines. when it does this there is a lot of spacing between the 2 lines. is it possible to change the leading?

    i also notice on the mobile site version, the wording breaks up, so that letters drop over to the next line. it doesn’t read well like this, is there a way of editing how it would look on the mobile version?

  • Hi there!

    You can change the line height of your post titles so there isn’t as much space between lines, yes :)

    Try adding this CSS under My Site > Customize > CSS:

    .blog .site-content .entry-title {
    	line-height: 1em
    }

    You can adjust that down (.9em, .8em,, etc. if needed :)

    i also notice on the mobile site version, the wording breaks up, so that letters drop over to the next line.

    This can sometimes happen if you put really long words on a page that is displayed on mobile, but I wasn’t able to find any examples of it on your site – even words like ‘Vivobarefoot’ fit on the smallest screens I’m able to test. Can you describe where you’re seeing this problem? :)
