The like button doesn't appear

  Hi, am sorry for coming here so often but I notice that the “like” thingy either comes in the WP menu above or on the posts below like a yellow star. I notice both are missing on my new post, when I visited some fellow bloggers I couldn’t see it on their menus either. Is there anything I need to do to bring it back?
