The like button isn't hiding from my front page after I deselected it.

I have deselected the ‘like button’ in ‘Screen Options’ in the admin panel. I’ve also deselected it in the ‘Sharing’ options in the page configuration. However, the ‘SHOW LIKE BUTTON’ isn’t working on the ‘front page’ template. So I cannot make it disappear it’s working in the default template, so is this a bug and how do I get it fixed. If it cannot be fixed, I’m not sure I want this theme that I’ve paid for. What are my options, as I was hoping to get my site live today. It’s a ‘Fortune’ premier theme I’m using.

As Fortune, is a premium theme I won’t be able to activate it to test and verify it myself.
