The link to my blog in my comments doesn’t work.

  On one of my comments, when I click on my name, instead of going to my blog, I end up at neuroticism.wordpress.com. Neuroticism is my username. Since my blog URL isn’t that though, I end up at a page that says:

  The authors have deleted this blog. The content is no longer available.

  My primary blog is at bipoly.wordpress.com. Is there anything I can change so that the link on my comments links to that instead?

  edit your profile by clicking on your username at the top right corner in dashboard.

  Put the URL of your blog under “website” on your profile page. But put the WHOLE thing. Not just what you’ve put here. Everything from http onward.

  I can’t post a comment at all, and my blog hits are down to 0. WordPress is saying everything is fine. It’s not. I have no options! I don’t know if this comment will post…

  That is not a comment; it is a post in the forum.

  If you do a search of the forum for “missing comments” and so on, you’ll probably find that your comments are being sent to spam. You will need to contact Akismet directly to get that overruled.
