  Hi @appreciationagency,

  Can you confirm appreciationagency.com is the domain you are referring to?

  If so, make sure you are logged into the main account and go to the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings. The renew option should be there for the appropriate items.

  If you do not see that then the items for renew might have expired, you will need to re-purchase them. Here is a link to documentation that helps explain some of the items on renewing with WordPress.com:
