The 'Lists' Option isn't on my reader sidebar

I read and follow a lot of blogs so as a result my reader becomes a mess. I came across a article (https://en.support.wordpress.com/reader/) and there are instructions on there on how you could categorize the blogs you read by lists however, I can’t seem to find that option on my reader sidebar. Is this feature only available for some users?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Lists are a feature that has been temporarily deprecated until that feature can be re-written in our newer code base. What this means is that it is currently hidden for everyone who has not already saved a list but it will come back again when the team that works on the Reader re-visit that feature. Lists have traditionally had lower usage, so while the current plan was to bring them back, it may take some time to do so.

    I’m sorry I don’t have better news!

Consider using tags in the mean time or curating your main stream very heavily. I will also make a note for the Reader team letting them know someone has asked about Reader Lists in the forums and would like to use them!
