The Little Blue Star under the comments

  I go to the discussion options,I don’t find the way to enable the little blue star under the comments I receive.It also shows the number of the likes if you put the cursor on.I have noticed that it changes colour to yellowish,if somebody likes it.

  Yes,that’s where I went first before submitting my question,but I didn’t find anything more than I have done in order to see it under the comments.Any further help? Thank you
