The 'Location' bar below featured image is not displayed in the screen options

I wanted to used featured image in my blog, but the location feature is not displayed in my dashboard. I have checked screen options to enable it from there, but ‘Location’ is not displayed over there or in my dashboard.
How can I enable it? if it is not there.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m not quite sure whether you’re having trouble setting a featured image or geotagging your post. The button/location of each function is going to be slightly different. Let me describe them both:
For Geotagging in the New Editor (at wordpress.com/post), you’ll need to use the Location drop-down on the right-hand side of the screen. On the classic Dashboard, you should have a Location bar at the top of your post editor as shown in the screenshot here:
Can you let me know if you’re seeing that on your side?
As for featured images, that option will be in the bottom right-hand corner regardless of which editor you’re on. I’m currently seeing it on your Dashboard editor. Can you let me know if you’re seeing it as well?

I think you have totally misunderstood my problem. I do not have problem with geosetting. It has more to do with the featured image .Now getting back to the featured image. Yes, the featured image section is there on my editor, but there has to be ‘location’ tab below the featured image containing the radio buttons like ‘featured’, ‘primary’ and ‘secondary’ indicating where exactly I want to place this featured image in the showcase page.
This ‘location’ tab is not there in my editor (check it yourself) and I have look on the screen options to enable it, but it is also not there on my screen options, which is strange because oxygen theme supports this.
Did you understand my problem now?

The Oxygen theme only offers one location for featured images (above the post). There isn’t an option to have the featured image displayed elsewhere.
It sounds like you’re referring to widgets. The Oxygen theme does have Primary and Secondary widget areas as shown here:

However, that’s completely separate from the featured images.
If I’m still misunderstanding, could you please point to the exact feature you’re referring to on the Oxygen theme here?

Nope, I think I have figured out the solution, but seems I have been misguided by one of your own tutorials related to oxygen theme.
My problem was with making featured image as sticky posts in showcase page at the front page of website. This is very simple using the visibility option.
The tutorial given before was saying it has to be below featured image.But the problem has been resolved. I like to thank you for your time!
