the login link from my email automation keeps on getting redirected to godaddy

i tested out purchasing a course on my website and once finish I receive emails like receipt, and create a new account. The thing is when I click the create a new account that is hyperlinked in that email— i get directed to go.daddy each time. Pls help ;(( i already tried reaching godaddy and they said theres no issue with my site.
This is the email when I click the click here to set your new password or anything related to accessing the site either it be abutton to start a course it always lead to godaddy which is the screenshot on the first one.
