The login page keeps loading and I can’t log in

  My website has not been updated for about two months, and today I found that I cannot log in.
  The page (https://www.xloverdoll.com/wp-login.php) keeps loading and I cannot enter username and password to log in.
  I tried restart Litespeed server and Linux, no effect.
  I tried update wordpress by command ‘wp update’, it stopped at ‘Looking for UTF-16 (LE) BOM (0.07s)’.

  Two findings using Web Developer Tool (refer to attachments)
  1. One javascript error in “https://www.xloverdoll.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=3.4.0:2“, the line threw error as follow:
  “undefined” == typeof jQuery.migrateMute && (jQuery.migrateMute = !0),
  2. file “https://statistics.scriptsplatform.com/global“, Status is 200, Initiator is “https://www.xloverdoll.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=3.4.0:1“, Size is 0, Time is “Pending”

  The server environment: Ubuntu 20.04, Litespeed Server, Woocommerce

  Please help to save my server.

  Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

  To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

  Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

  You definitely have the option to move your site to us once you regain access so we can provide in-house help, using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the Business plan.

  As it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
