Hi,
Go to your Dashboard > Posts > All Posts. The order of the posts there should be the order of your posts in your blog and they are arranged in reverse chronology (newest post is posted first). If you want to reorder the posts, you can change the date of the post.

The dates are all correct so I would not change any dates, changing dates also breaks links
Your theme has Featured & latest Posts areas – I don’t see the usual suspects in the forum for themes – probably a setting for the theme – sorry I have not worked with the theme – so I have flagged this for the staff to help

Thank you so much for rushing up to my help. I am sorry for not properly explaining the problem in my request for help.
Let me reiterate this way: On the Home Screen of this theme there’s a column which posts “The latest post” article which should come from the article listed on the top on the most “Recent post”, but here it was from the 4th one on the list of “Recent Post”. I said it was when I first submit my request for help, because now it’s no longer on the “Recent post” list and nowhere to find. Your help to enlighten me on this problem is greatly appreciated. -

Thanks so much for coming to my help. The title of the post which is on the “Latest post” is:
“China tells U.S. to stay out of South China Seas dispute”
This title should be at the top of the list of “Recent posts”, but it’s now nowhere to find. When I reported the problem that title was ranked as the 4th one on the list of “Recent posts”. -

The way your theme works, setting a post as “sticky” will cause it to appear inside the “Featured Posts” section. Sticky posts will not appear as a “Latest Post” or inside the “Recent Posts” section. For regular posts, the newest post will appear as a “Latest Post”, but will not appear in “Recent Posts” until a newer one is published.
As to why the posts you mentioned appear right below “Recent Posts”, this appears to be a bug within the theme. As a workaround, I added the Recent Posts widget to your Secondary Sidebar via the Widgets panel and looks like it’s displaying the posts correctly.

I tried to play with the options to get familiar with to only get more confused instead.
When I removed all the “Sticky” options:
– all the thumbnail pictures disappeared
– The article on the “Latest post”
“Malaysia Airlines Flight Did Not Ignore Safety Warnings, Minister Says”
was immediately replaced by this article:””China tells U.S. to stay out of South China Seas dispute”. -
Hello there!
As I mentioned earlier, all sticky posts are displayed inside the Featured Posts area. When a sticky post is turned into a regular post, whether it has a thumbnail picture or not, it will stop displaying in the Featured Posts area, but still show up in the Recent Posts area as a plain text link.
Regarding the second problem, I’m not able to replicate it, as I am seeing the newest post (U.S. welcomes Chinese rig movement) correctly displayed in the Latest Post section.
