The Most Recent Version Of WordPress Will Not Be Updated On My Chromebook

  Hello Everyone!!!
  The updated version of WordPress will not update on my new Chromebook; I’m not sure why this is happening.
  I am unable to update my plugins such as Jetpack and WP-Rocket.
  And although I had already contacted WordPress support, nothing had been resolved.
  Is anyone else having the same problem with their Chromebook/laptop?
