the 'MY SITES' is not loading

Hello,
so i tried to click ‘+write’ to start a new post and the screen was trying to load ‘my sites’ but never did. When I went to the ‘stats’ portion of the dashboard still the ‘my sites’ will not load. I can not do anything. Someone please help? I am operating off of a browser not any downloaded content.I sometimes get a ‘Failed to retrieve all domains.’

What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

so it will function properly on another browser (thank goodness), but its strange. Nothing has changed on the usual browser since the last time I posted from it. I have tried to disable the different things that might interfere with it but still nothing. I even updated it (google chrome) just today and it still has not worked.

Do you have any adblockers or anti-virus software running? We are not currently receiving any reports of Chrome not working.

Hi there,
Since we have isolated the issue to the browser you’re using, what I would do is clear the browser’s cache and see if that makes any difference.
If that doesn’t work, I’d disable all extensions you have on the browser and see if that does the trick.
