The name I want for my website is taken but the website is deleted by WordPress

Dear Mr./Mrs.
I’m planning to open a blog through WordPress but the name I want for my blog is ‘Folkvangr’ which is already taken but when I open the blog – folkvangr.wordpress.com, it has deleted by wordpress so its no longer avaible. Is there a chance that I can open my blog with that name because that website is already deleted? Thanks for your help

folkvangr.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.
WordPress.COM did not delete the site – the Authors did
That name is gone forever from everyone, deleted names are not recycled at WordPress.COM, you will need to find a different name

Yeah well here’s the hell of it: I am (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I did NOT delete it. I can’t access the account and it’s not sending e-mails to the address I supplied.
