  Hi, I’m trying to create viniciusgandolfi.wordpress.com but it’s informed that this site already exist.
  This site was mine and I deleted it and now I’m trying to create it again and show the message that site already exist.

  Why can’t I create again with this name?

  I’m sorry but the answer is that deleted blog URLs are not recycled here. Confirm by reading:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain vis a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
