  Thanks folks. Several of those points will require more details, and even the title of this thread sets a tone that undermines productivity.

  To give us the best chance of resolving these complaints, here’s what we’ll do:

  1) Let’s put each specific issue under a single thread, so we can get more details on that issue without combing through screensful of replies. That should help with some of the caching issues we see on big fat threads as well.

  2) If more than one person is having the same problem, it’s okay to put it under the same thread. If it’s separate issues, remember one thread per issue, one issue per thread.

  3) I know this is difficult and giant feelings are out. Let’s still try to keep the threads as productive as possible anyway: specific titles so they’re findable, no flaming, etc. Please review the community standards and remember we’re not enemies. We want to resolve any problems you’re running into too. Thanks in advance for helping to keep it positive and productive.
