the new blog I created is not showing on "My Blogs"

    I tried to create a second FREE blog, but it keeps telling me I have to make a PAYMENT!
    The new blog is called listentotheanimalsblog.wordpress.com
    I also wanted to make one at animalspeak.wordpress.com which when I go there says the old site has been deleted, but wordpress won’t let me create a new one there.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
